Tramadol For Premature Ejaculation – My Experience

photo of tramadol capsules on a table

The search for the Holy Grail of a medical treatment for premature ejaculation sometimes leads to unexpected places.

So it’s no surprise that another drug, Tramadol, has been popping up in medical journals in recent years as a potential solution.

A bit like Dapoxetine, Tramadol wasn’t designed for this purpose though; it’s actually a synthetic opioid analgesic used for moderate to severe pain relief.

But individual guys and researchers have discovered that it can also help improve premature ejaculation. I’ll discuss and reference some of these research studies a bit later.

But first I’ll talk about my experience of Tramadol, as I’ve seen first hand both the good and bad side of it.

The pain, pleasure and dependency

A few years ago I had major surgery and was given a large supply of Tramadol to take home from the hospital to manage the pain.

What they didn’t realize, and I’d forgotten, was that I’d also been given a large amount by my own doctor. I ended up with more than 200 x 50 mg pills.

Around a month after the surgery, I was able to have sex again. One day I felt some pain returning, so decided to take a 50 mg Tramadol pill (I’d been off them for about a week).

I then discovered to my delight that I lasted roughly 3 or 4 times longer than I used to.

So I decided to test if it was the Tramadol by using them once or twice more, and then also without. It turns out it was definitely the Tramadol helping.

Sounds great so far, right?

The problem was though that I twice experienced an issue with dependency on the Tramadol developing. First, I was craving a top up every 6 hours for pain relief when taking them after surgery. It took a conscious effort to cut down and stop.

Second, I was loving the fact that my sex life was much better with my accidental discovery later on. I remember thinking to myself that this was great, and I should get some more so I could take them every time I had sex.

Not so great after all then!

Luckily for me, I was strong-minded enough to cut down after the surgery. And I also knew that taking them long-term for sex wasn’t yet proved to be safe.

I was also getting some side effects like dizziness and just feeling weird (for want of a better description) when taking them.

Of course, this was just my experience Nonetheless it does seem to highlight three key points that researchers make:

  • That Tramadol can help with premature ejaculation.
  • That it can cause side effects.
  • That it can lead to problems with dependency.

What researchers have found

In 2012, British researchers published a review of 5 studies that had looked at Tramadol to treat premature ejaculation. Interestingly, they also attempted to explain how it actually works.

They say that although it’s still not totally clear, there are two possible actions that occur. They explain that it works as a weak μ-opioid receptor agonist. But then go on to say that the more likely explanation is that it inhibits neuronal reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine.

Effects of Tramadol on lasting time

In their review of the 5 studies published between 2006 and 2012, this is a brief summary of what they found:

Study 1

After 8 weeks of 50 mg Tramadol, the average lasting time of guys went from just 19 seconds to 243. That’s 13 times longer.

Study 2

After 8 weeks on 25 mg Tramadol, the average time increased from 70.2 to 442.2 seconds. So this was 6.3 times longer.

Study 3

This study actually compared Tramadol with paroxetine. They found that the paroxetine group were lasting longer, and that the Tramadol group had less rigid erections.

Study 4

They tested out both a dose of 62 mg and 89 mg, finding a respective increase of 2.4 and 2.5 times.

Study 5

They found that with a dose of 25 mg, there was an increase in lasting time from 38.83 to 154.67 – 4 times longer.

The other findings of note are that in all the studies guys reported a significant increase in their sexual satisfaction. And also their partners said they were more satisfied.

You would imagine as such, but that does show that guys were happy with that kind of increase in time.

Side effects

Across those 5 studies they say that the Tramadol was well tolerated, and that the side effects experienced were only mild.

Although in my view when one study says that 28.1% reported nausea, I wonder what the meaning of ‘well tolerated’ actually is!

These are the main side effects that guys reported:

  • nausea
  • somnolence
  • erectile dysfunction
  • vertigo
  • dyspepsia
  • headache
  • vomiting
  • dizziness

Potential problems with using Tramadol

It’s a standard thing in research journals to find at the end a kind of disclaimer where they have to talk about all the things that were potentially wrong with their own study.

So even though they conclude that Tramadol appears to be an effective treatment, they also describe these potential problems:

  • The long-term effectiveness and safety of using Tramadol is still not known.
  • They don’t really know how well it compares to other drugs, like SSRI anti-depressants. Except for the paroxetine study which suggests paroxetine did better.
  • That there are serious concerns about the potential for Tramadol abuse and dependence.

Tramadol dependency

So now we know that Tramadol can help many guys with premature ejaculation. The major concern though doesn’t seem to be side effects, but becoming dependent.

This study isn’t the only one to mention it – this article for example also suggests that it’s a concern.

So just how bad is the risk of guys abusing or becoming addicted to Tramadol? Well, it’s not as bad as you might think, according to a 2012 research study in Egypt.

They quote another piece of research from 1999 as saying that in the United States the rate of addiction is 1 in 100,000. Something the review article also mentions, though they also say that’s a significant number.

It appears from looking at other sources also, the risk is mainly with people who have a history of drug abuse.

Maybe that explains why although I personally found a craving for the Tramadol developing, I was able to stop taking it without too much trouble once I decided to.

Conclusion

It appears then that Tramadol could be an efficient way of helping guys deal with premature ejaculation. But as with all other medical treatments, it’s only a temporary solution and can cause other problems.

You do run the risk of having side effects – it’s an opioid after all, and so a strong drug. And there’s still much research needed into the long-term effectiveness and whether it’s better than other treatments.

There’s also the risk of addiction, dependency, abuse or whatever you want to call it. And although researchers say the risk is minimal, it could still happen to you.

And if you have a history of drug use or addiction – I would try something else instead.

  1. OK for quite long during my university days I took 200 mg tramodol to enhance my sexual performance and it worked wonders, but for the last 10 times it hasn’t.. Is it because I’ve only been getting the tablets instead of capsules, or are the side effects of those days manifesting?? Plus what other sexual enhancement drugs apart from Viagra would u prescribe for premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction?

    • Hi Tizza
To be honest, I really don’t know why it would stop having the effect it used to. Perhaps the new tablets you’ve found aren’t good quality. Did you buy them online?
For premature ejaculation, I really wouldn’t recommend any pills. The only one, other than anti-depressants, which has shown promise is priligy, but I didn’t find it all that great. I always recommend either natural techniques or desensitizing sprays personally. As for erectile dysfunction, I had some success taking l-Argenine supplements.

  2. Hi there,
I just went to pharmacy two days back and asked for the Tramadol drug, they gave me tablets of 50mg with a label Acetram. Have taking them for two days now and can’t seem to find any improvement in my lasting time during sex.
So i would like to inquire, the the Acetram brand also effective for treating premature ejaculation? If not, what is the appropriate brand of tramadol that i should consider.
I would be so grateful if i receive a reply from you
    Thanks

    • Hi Geofrey
Thanks for your comment. Acetram contains a mix of tramadol and paracetamol. I don’t see why it would be less effective than other brands. It may just be that it doesn’t work for you. You could ask your pharmacist if it’s safe to take a higher dose, and try that. But you may find it still doesn’t work.
      Regards

  3. Have been taking tramadol for the past four years 200mg everyday..,though I can be an expert in giving tips on how to use the drug…to get the best result for sex you need to use 200mg at least 4hrs before sex I promise your partner wouldn’t want more cause she will be satisfied so will you at least with yourself…all I wanna know is the effect in future have read all articles about it and there have not been known long term effect in future except probably dependence on the drug

    • Hi Kingsley
Thanks for your comment. I have to say I think 200mg tramadol every day for 4 years is a lot! I can’t tell you what the long-term effects might be – the best person to speak to about that is your doctor or pharmacist. Personally, I’d also try and see if it works at a lower dose, unless it’s being prescribed to you for pain relief. An issue you might have now though is withdrawal symptoms if you stop altogether or lower the dose drastically one day. It’s a drug which is better to slowly wean yourself off.

    • Hi Mr J
To be honest, I’m not entirely sure. They are both powerful drugs, so maybe it’s not the best idea. I can also imagine the potential for unpleasant side effects to be quite high. I’d check with your doctor just to be sure.
      Ethan

    • Hi Linus
As far as I know, there haven’t been any studies done on humans to find this out. However, animal studies have shown long-term tramadol use can affect sperm quality.

  4. Hi Ethan,
Thanks for these advice, I found tramadol usage very effective for longer sex (ejaculation) but I often experience severe body weakness the following day couple with depression.
Also, what drug can give me a stronger erection?
    Thanks.

    • Hi Wale
Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately tramadol does have side effects, often quite strong. So while it’s potentially very useful for premature ejaculation, it does come with a downside. I think if you feel that way when taking it, it’s probably best to avoid it. There are lots of different pills designed to help with erection strength. At the moment I don’t discuss them on this site, though have plans to do so at some point soon. For now, you can check out an online sex shop that delivers in your country. You can usually find something in one of those.
      Regards
      Ethan

    • Hi Prince
Yes, it might help you last longer. However, it’s not my first choice solution. Take a look around this website for other ideas too before taking a drug this strong would be my advice.

  5. Hi, I want to try this Tramadol with my hubby, because he doesn’t last more than 3 mins. But im scared because I want to make it unknown to him by putting it in his juice.
What do you think. And again can I get it in any near by pharmacy in Lome here

    • Hi there
I really don’t advise doing that! Tramadol is a powerful drug, which can have both side effects and also very obvious effects. He will know something is wrong, and will be very confused as to why he is suddenly feeling very mellow, relaxed, out of it, or a number of possible effects. He’s more likely to be worried about what’s happening that he is about wanting to have sex.
I think really you need to have a chat with him about this and see if he’s willing to work with you to last longer.
But above all, just don’t spike his drink. It’s unethical, and imagine if gets in a car and then has an accident because his visions and thinking are impaired?
      Regards
      Ethan

  6. Hi I have been using tramodol for a long time but when is about 5_6hrs I will feel so dizzy, and when I take it I will continually drink water, please what can I do?

    • Hi Philip
Thanks for your comment. It sounds like you’re having some common side effects of tramadol. I think you need to be careful with it, especially if you’ve been using it for a long time. My advice would be to speak to your doctor about the amount your using, and the effects it’s giving you, and get their professional opinion.
      Regards
      Ethan

  7. I want to have sex in the morning for example can I take tramadol at night and have sex in the morning will it work for me that way??

    • Hi Kunle
Thanks for you comment. It might still be lingering in your system, but for best results you should take it an hour or two before having sex.
      Regards
      Ethan

  8. All this talk about risk vis a vis Tramadol is nonsense. I have been taking it reliably for years for PE and it is nothing less than a miracle drug. My regimen is 25 drops of liquid Tramadex (62.5mg) at least 3 hours before sex. It took some experimentation to come to this point. That is the only time I take it. The effect on my sex life has been nothing short of astounding. No habituation, no problems. I tried paroxetine, and it never worked as effectively or consistently, and had all sorts of unpleasant side effects. I do not understand the negative press about Tramadol. SSRIs are nasty. Why push them? The idea that Tramadol can be abused, therefore you will abuse them is absurd. You are either the type to abuse drugs or you aren’t.

There is a very slight decrease in sensitivity, but the trade-off is worth it for the improved sex life it brings.

    • Hi Scott
Thanks for your comment. I can fully appreciate why you’d be so positive about tramadol if you’ve both managed to use it safely and have such a good effect on your sex life. And that’s great.
However, it’s not nonsense to state that tramadol carries risks. It’s a powerful drug which can lead to dependence. Of course that doesn’t necessarily mean that everyone will become addicted to it or have serious side effects. But it’s fact that people do have problems with it. So it’s important that guys are aware of this so they can make an informed decision about whether it’s appropriate for them or not.
      Regards
      Ethan

  9. HI Ethan
i actually been using tramadol since when i was 22-26 but the prob is now currently is i took a pill of 200mg to 400g and someway somehow becoming addictive and suddenly i started feeling such kinds electric sparks lightening in my chest and fast heart rate beat am really shocked and don’t know what to do..

    • Hi St
Thanks for your comment. If those symptoms are being caused by the tramadol, it’s definitely a sign you need to stop taking them. My advice would be to talk to your doctor and get some advice about the safety of stopping them, and whether you need to cut down first. But really, anything that affects your heart like that needs to be taken seriously, so please do get yourself checked over properly.
      All the best
      Ethan

  10. Hi.I just wanna know which method of taking tramadol is advisable. Swallowing the capsule or mixing it content with water?

      • Hi Ethan, I am a student and just graduated, but with a lot of pondering about “a way out” , that’s “a way out of total addiction to tramadol”. I happen to be a sickle cell anemia fellow, of whom back in high school, I used to have severe rheumatic pain, and was subjected to a lot of tramadol, and consequently, got addicted to it, and cannot even stay off anymore, even after graduation from high school. Ethan, please what do you think can be a possible help for me pulling out of this tramadol addiction, because in my country, there is a great punishment for tramadol abuse, please Ethan, help me out whichever way you can, because I am the only son of my mum, and wouldn’t want to disappoint her. Please

        • Hi Liszt
Sorry to hear you’re having difficulty with the tramadol. Normally I would suggest getting the help of a doctor to safely cut down the dosage and get professional support while doing so. But if that’s impossible for you, then you can try slowly reducing the dosage bit by bit. It’s safer and easier to do that than just cutting it out altogether one day. If you look online for addiction websites, you’ll find lots of great advice, and also support forums where you can share your story and get advice from others.
Best of luck and stay strong!
          Ethan

  11. I tried it and it was really amazing. I got scared at some point cos i couldnt cum all thru d night. Aside a few side effects, i think trams works fine. Thanks.

    • Hi Emmanuel
It’s good to hear from someone who found that tramadol worked well. Though it’s a shame it worked too well by the sounds of it!
Be careful with it if you plan on continuing using it. Those side effects and the long-term effects of tramadol are to be taken seriously.
      Ethan

  12. I have be taking tramadol for long now and the only effect l experience is l don’t feel for whenever l took it can l continue using it or not, now my main question can tramadol helps in low sperm count?

    • Hi there
I’m not sure I fully understood the first part of your comment. Do you mean you can’t feel anything when you take it? I’d speak to a doctor for advice on whether you can continue taking it or not. And I’ve never heard of it helping with a low sperm count.
      Ethan

  13. I just started using it, its really great after having sex. In my case, I get 100mg and put 1 3rd of the capsule content into a wine, and its really effective, but am scared if it will affect me if I decide to stop someday.

    • Hi frank
Thanks for your comment. It’s good that you’ve found something which helps you have better sex. However, I’d caution against mixing it with alcohol. If you stop some day, it will only affect you if you’ve been taking it regularly. If you only take it sometimes when you have sex, then it shouldn’t have withdrawal effects. But if you take it daily for a long time for example, then it’s going to have stronger side effects when you stop.
      Ethan

  14. Tramadol has been part of me now for the past 3years, its my daily food.
The least i took daily is 360mg, while i go up sometimes to 480mg,

  15. Hi,
I’m 27 years old went to party for new years and had plenty of vodka then took a pill tramadol which lead to vigor sex
My friends thought it was a porn movie being played.

The concern is, after that day I’ve been feeling weird, feeling weird, sometimes I panic sometimes eyes feel dizzy sometimes I feel absolutely fine

Mainly the eyes thing giving me a dizzy kind of feeling.

I’m worried never had I encountered this oh yes and my penis tip is bruised (reddish purplish small kinda dots)

Please help me understand this and advise on how to get rid of these symptoms please

    • Hi Omar
Thanks for your comment. That sounds a bit unusual, especially if the symptoms are continuing. I think you need to get yourself checked out by a doctor, just to be one the safe side.
      Ethan

  16. Hi aj
Thanks for your comment. Can I ask why you take it daily? Was it prescribed by your doctor as a pain relief? If not, it’s a lot to be taking on a regular basis if you only want to use it to last longer. And I wouldn’t personally take something regularly if it’s messing with my sleep. Sleep is critical to our overall well-being too.

  17. Hi Ethan. Have you tried taking Tramadol with ED medication (e.g. viagra, cialis)? Do you think it’s safe?

    Thanks!

  18. Please whats your take on P enlargement. Im really looking forward to it. More so, does the size have a pivotal role to play in your efficiency and how much she enjoys you. Though, I have always observed that when I last long during sex, I tend to dig her well to maximum satisfaction however, that is still not enough to ascertain the role of the P size…Your take on the above would be highly appreciated.

    • Hi Sig
Well, the old saying of “it’s not the size that counts, but what you do with it” is definitely true. I think there’s a lot to be said for experience and skill compared to just size and lack of knowledge about what really makes women, or specifically your current partner, happy. I think there’s not need to consider enlargement unless you’re really under the normal size. And most guys do fall into the average size.

  19. hi!!! i do take 100mg 3 capsule once, but not every day some times 1 o 2 times in a week, its helpful in boosting my sex life time, it makes me feel free from bordering and relax my mind, and it also high my moral in every thing am doing. and gives me more strength to work, it helps me to enjoy my sleep but i do have horror dreams even when am not sleeping and just close eyes i do see some funny things especially when I took 1tab. of 200mg that day I saw demons… apart of this i’ve not seen any other side effect but don’t know what that means.

    • Hi nnamdi

Thanks for your comment. It sounds like if you’re seeing things just as you close your eyes, perhaps you’re taking a little too much. Have you asked your doctor for advice on using tramadol in this way?
      Regards

  20. Hi there!

I have just been prescribed tramadol for Pe.

I have been seeing someone too, but it’s been on and off and haven’t fully seen the benefits of tramadol yet….I don’t think.

Trial 1: 50mg dose. Trialled half hour later and masturbated. Usually over in 2 min, sometimes 3. Lasted over this, possibly 4-5 minutes.

Trial 2: Sleep over with girl. Trialled one 50mg 3 hours before sex, then 1 more 50mg 1 hour before sex. Did not notice difference that night. Next morning she masturbated me only, no sex, lasted longer than usual. I thought maybe it takes longer for me to take effect and slightly higher dose??? Not sure! Answers please!

Trial 3: Administered 2 50mg tablets 2 hours before sex. Plus I had been drinking And…..unfortunately……no real difference.

Trial 4: x3 50mg tablets. Trialled with mastubation 2.5 later and lasted about 17 minutes. This gave me hope!!!!!!

I don’t feel ANY side effects of tramadol mentally at all. No feeling, which is great. But it seems it takes longer for me to get the desired PE effect and at a higher dose.

Does this sound right? Or….does it sound like I need to administer too much and I haven’t found the right drug to help me through in the short term. Is it also possible that with more regular sex I may reap the benefits down the track with more trials? Should it be Taki g effect better than this?? I read half hour after taken of 50mg it should help you last for 20min plus!!!!

Confused but determined to make it work!!!’ Was so excited to hear of the drug….but dissapointed I need a higher dose to make work. Answers please!!!!

    • Hi Jake
Thanks for your comment. To be honest, I think the results of your tests speak for themselves. Logically it would appear that you need a lightly higher dose for it to help your lasting time. But if you’ve been prescribed it, I would speak to the doctor who prescribed it and get their advice. It would also be a good idea to check with them whether they think that dose is safe to take on a long-term basis.
      Regards
      Ethan

  21. Please i do only take tramadol once in a while for different purposes for instance:
    1. If i want to read for long hours.
    2. When i don’t feel like engaging in conversations with the people around me.
    3. When am about to go write exam to boost my courage. Am now a graduate though.
    4. When am sure i will have sex that day,the hours before it (sex) don’t matter.
and it has always been very helpful.
Before I used to take 200mg at once within 24hours then i realized the feeling the next day is not always seems friendly. But now whenever i feel like taking it, i only go for 100mg first then after few hours i’ll take another 100mg.
The feelings has been good because am not addicted to it i can go days and weeks without it. But my question is i sometimes have Diarrhea after taken it but as soon as i take drug for the Diarrhea i’ll be just fine. Just wona know if everything is perfect the way it’s?. Thanks.

    • Hi Samuel

Thanks for your comment. I have to say I’ve never heard of someone taking tramadol for some of the things you mention. Diarrhea is a possible side effect of tramadol. You say you’re not addicted because you can go time without it. But realistically, how many months or years have you been taking it from time to time when you need it for the points you mention?
My advice would be to speak to your doctor about both the amount you use it, and also the diarrhea.
      Regards

  22. Hi, thanks so much for this info about the effectiveness of tramadol in treating PE, u said like any other solution out there, the use of tramadol is a temporary remedy, does it mean that PE is as bad as it is has no permanent cure with the use of drugs including herbs? Pls just assured me with ur answer.

    • Hi Lema
You’re very welcome. As far as I know, there are no drugs, herbs or otherwise which can cure PE at the moment. They all need to be used on an on-going basis. When someone does invent a cure, they will be very rich!
That said, I believe that for many guys, it is possible to train yourself to last longer. It worked for me, and so that’s why I recommend guys look into the natural techniques and training programs. It might not work for everyone, but my opinion is that with some hard work and dedication, most guys can learn to control themselves a lot better.
      Regards
      Ethan

    • Hi
The idea with tramadol is that it works on a one-time basis. So theoretically, you can take it before each sexual encounter. But if you take it on a Monday for example, it’s not going to help you if you have sex on Wednesday! So if you only have sex once in a month or two, then it might help you to only take it once a month or two.
      Regards
      Ethan

  23. Hi Green, I used tramadol for about fours times last two months ago (for sex), but surprisingly, I used it last month but it didn’t delay my ejaculation rather I was only feeling dizzy and couldn’t have sex that night.

    • Hi Ayeni
It doesn’t work for all guys as a delay product. If it doesn’t work, but makes you feel unwell, probably better to leave it and find something else!
      Regards
      Ethan

  24. I have been on Tram since 2006 for Fibromyalgia and have noticed a huge gain over the years. My erections are alot harder than they were at the start but the stimulation is alot better as well. All I can say is it has been wonders for me and I can stop when I want to for a month or so without thinking about it just have to suck up the pain.Aleve can take the mild days of pain down well so there are ways to stop using it all together if you wanted to.It is all in your mind on the habit forming but I can vouch that it works for PE I used to go fast under 3 minutes we sometimes go for an hour or so and just stop.

    • Hi Chaz
Thanks for your comment and for sharing your experience of taking tramadol. It’s good that you’re able to control how you use it. I think some of habit forming is in the mind, but not altogether. You do have to be careful with the drug.
That’s quite an improvement in lasting time you had there! With results like that, I’m not surprised you say it works wonders.
      Regards
      Ethan

  25. I just tried it for the first time yesterday and OMG it worked just fine. I used to be a 5-minutes guy by changing positions but yesterday I went on for more than an hour. I ejaculated the first time (which I think is because the drug has not taken effect then) but after that I never went down! Good stuff there… But I know that too much everything is bad so I will have to make sure I cut down its excess use.

    • Hi there
Thanks for your comment. It’s very interesting to hear that tramadol helped you last that much longer. But yes, as you say you need to be careful with using it. Tramadol is an addictive drug!
      Regards
      Ethan

  26. I took tramadol for pe and it worked, but I am scared because erection is not as rigid as before. is this a permanent side effect or it will go as soon as I stop it using it. I use tramadol once in a month…

    • Hi Nelo

To be honest I’m not sure. I suspect it will be a temporary thing. But of course you can check by stopping taking the tramadol and seeing if your erection strength returns. It shouldn’t stay in your system long though, so a couple of days later should be more than enough to see if you have normal erections again.
      Regards
      Ethan

  27. Hi
Thanks for the information on Tramadol, it is clear from your answers that it takes from 20 to 30 min to the tramadol to start effect, I just want to know for how long the tramadol effective time last

    • Hi Hos,

You’re welcome. I hope you found it helpful. I think you can probably expect the effects to last at least a couple of hours. But it depends in part on other factors such as which type of tramadol you have, what dose you take, and how quickly your body eliminates it.

        • I’m not sure Musa, as I haven’t tried it. You could try the medical sheets for both and see if you can find warnings saying you shouldn’t combine them.

  28. The truth is I have not try it at all but I do hear some guys saying something about it and I am a shy guy, if not I would have ask them how does it work.

But in reading this article I believe it might also help me if I try it. And what I don’t really know now is that for how long would someone take the drugs (tramadol) before having sex. Or is it good to take it any time without having sex.

    I need an advice please.

    Thanks.

    • Hi Kelv

Thanks for your comment. Tramadol I believe takes around 20 minutes to start working. More or less depending on your metabolism, if you’ve just eaten etc. It’s a strong painkiller, so if you’re not in pain or about to have sex, there would be no reason to take it.
My personal recommendation though would be to avoid it and go for the natural training techniques which I talk a lot about on this site. It’s safer in the long run and potentially much more effective.
      All the best

  29. Hi Ethan
I have also tried Tramadol to help with PE. And like you, I found that it helped. But it’s pretty heavy stuff and it’s not like you can just take it and not feel like you’re high. Even on the lower dose of 25mg you can still tell that your body and brain is being hit by something strong. So yes, it helps with PE, but it doesn’t hide in the background. I would do it again if I could get some easily, but where I live you can’t and I don’t want to buy it online. So it was a short lived but interesting experiment.

    • Hi Charles

Thanks for your helpful and insightful comment. It is a strong drug, that’s for sure, so I’m glad a reader was able to add some more information about the trade off you face if taking it.
I hope you find something else which helps better.
      Regards
