Tramadol For Premature Ejaculation – My Experience

photo of tramadol capsules on a table

The search for the Holy Grail of a medical treatment for premature ejaculation sometimes leads to unexpected places.

So it’s no surprise that another drug, Tramadol, has been popping up in medical journals in recent years as a potential solution.

A bit like Dapoxetine, Tramadol wasn’t designed for this purpose though; it’s actually a synthetic opioid analgesic used for moderate to severe pain relief.

But individual guys and researchers have discovered that it can also help improve premature ejaculation. I’ll discuss and reference some of these research studies a bit later.

But first I’ll talk about my experience of Tramadol, as I’ve seen first hand both the good and bad side of it.

The pain, pleasure and dependency

A few years ago I had major surgery and was given a large supply of Tramadol to take home from the hospital to manage the pain.

What they didn’t realize, and I’d forgotten, was that I’d also been given a large amount by my own doctor. I ended up with more than 200 x 50 mg pills.

Around a month after the surgery, I was able to have sex again. One day I felt some pain returning, so decided to take a 50 mg Tramadol pill (I’d been off them for about a week).

I then discovered to my delight that I lasted roughly 3 or 4 times longer than I used to.

So I decided to test if it was the Tramadol by using them once or twice more, and then also without. It turns out it was definitely the Tramadol helping.

Sounds great so far, right?

The problem was though that I twice experienced an issue with dependency on the Tramadol developing. First, I was craving a top up every 6 hours for pain relief when taking them after surgery. It took a conscious effort to cut down and stop.

Second, I was loving the fact that my sex life was much better with my accidental discovery later on. I remember thinking to myself that this was great, and I should get some more so I could take them every time I had sex.

Not so great after all then!

Luckily for me, I was strong-minded enough to cut down after the surgery. And I also knew that taking them long-term for sex wasn’t yet proved to be safe.

I was also getting some side effects like dizziness and just feeling weird (for want of a better description) when taking them.

Of course, this was just my experience Nonetheless it does seem to highlight three key points that researchers make:

  • That Tramadol can help with premature ejaculation.
  • That it can cause side effects.
  • That it can lead to problems with dependency.

What researchers have found

In 2012, British researchers published a review of 5 studies that had looked at Tramadol to treat premature ejaculation. Interestingly, they also attempted to explain how it actually works.

They say that although it’s still not totally clear, there are two possible actions that occur. They explain that it works as a weak μ-opioid receptor agonist. But then go on to say that the more likely explanation is that it inhibits neuronal reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine.

Effects of Tramadol on lasting time

In their review of the 5 studies published between 2006 and 2012, this is a brief summary of what they found:

Study 1

After 8 weeks of 50 mg Tramadol, the average lasting time of guys went from just 19 seconds to 243. That’s 13 times longer.

Study 2

After 8 weeks on 25 mg Tramadol, the average time increased from 70.2 to 442.2 seconds. So this was 6.3 times longer.

Study 3

This study actually compared Tramadol with paroxetine. They found that the paroxetine group were lasting longer, and that the Tramadol group had less rigid erections.

Study 4

They tested out both a dose of 62 mg and 89 mg, finding a respective increase of 2.4 and 2.5 times.

Study 5

They found that with a dose of 25 mg, there was an increase in lasting time from 38.83 to 154.67 – 4 times longer.

The other findings of note are that in all the studies guys reported a significant increase in their sexual satisfaction. And also their partners said they were more satisfied.

You would imagine as such, but that does show that guys were happy with that kind of increase in time.

Side effects

Across those 5 studies they say that the Tramadol was well tolerated, and that the side effects experienced were only mild.

Although in my view when one study says that 28.1% reported nausea, I wonder what the meaning of ‘well tolerated’ actually is!

These are the main side effects that guys reported:

  • nausea
  • somnolence
  • erectile dysfunction
  • vertigo
  • dyspepsia
  • headache
  • vomiting
  • dizziness

Potential problems with using Tramadol

It’s a standard thing in research journals to find at the end a kind of disclaimer where they have to talk about all the things that were potentially wrong with their own study.

So even though they conclude that Tramadol appears to be an effective treatment, they also describe these potential problems:

  • The long-term effectiveness and safety of using Tramadol is still not known.
  • They don’t really know how well it compares to other drugs, like SSRI anti-depressants. Except for the paroxetine study which suggests paroxetine did better.
  • That there are serious concerns about the potential for Tramadol abuse and dependence.

Tramadol dependency

So now we know that Tramadol can help many guys with premature ejaculation. The major concern though doesn’t seem to be side effects, but becoming dependent.

This study isn’t the only one to mention it – this article for example also suggests that it’s a concern.

So just how bad is the risk of guys abusing or becoming addicted to Tramadol? Well, it’s not as bad as you might think, according to a 2012 research study in Egypt.

They quote another piece of research from 1999 as saying that in the United States the rate of addiction is 1 in 100,000. Something the review article also mentions, though they also say that’s a significant number.

It appears from looking at other sources also, the risk is mainly with people who have a history of drug abuse.

Maybe that explains why although I personally found a craving for the Tramadol developing, I was able to stop taking it without too much trouble once I decided to.

Conclusion

It appears then that Tramadol could be an efficient way of helping guys deal with premature ejaculation. But as with all other medical treatments, it’s only a temporary solution and can cause other problems.

You do run the risk of having side effects – it’s an opioid after all, and so a strong drug. And there’s still much research needed into the long-term effectiveness and whether it’s better than other treatments.

There’s also the risk of addiction, dependency, abuse or whatever you want to call it. And although researchers say the risk is minimal, it could still happen to you.

And if you have a history of drug use or addiction – I would try something else instead.

    • Hi there
You mean you didn’t have side effects when you took it? Not everyone does, so you’re one of the lucky ones if you don’t have any side effects with it. Still be careful how much and for how long you take it though.
      Ethan

  1. My friend recommended tramadol to last long and it sure did…but the fact is that is has plenty of side effect including seizures…so when you want to use it let it be once in a while

  2. I just wanna know if it has any negative side effects like low sperm count and Co. But it makes fell good and I can go all night without cumming if don’t wanna.

    • Hi there
I have seen some research saying that chronic tramadol use can affect sperm quality, but only in studies done on animals. That doesn’t sound great, admittedly. However, no studies have been done on humans yet as far as I’m aware. Still, perhaps another reason to not use too much for too long!

  3. tramadol can take complete two days to go out of your body though depending on the dosage u take…. if u take up to 200 or 250 u may not even go to toilet for a whole day, eating may even be a problem.

  4. Yes, tramadol proves to be effective for PE but it results to addiction leading to critical health issues relating to overall challenge i body system from head to toe.

  5. Yes I did but I never suspected that until the last time I had seen with my wife, I noticed that I lasted longer than my usual 10secs. I thought maybe it was because of the condom that I used. The reason for my doubts was that I took it (200ml) just a dose before I went to sleep majorly because of my sleeplessness but the next morning when I had set with my wife, I look great but I still feel dizzy and partial headache….. Thanks for this info

  6. Hi

At 49 I’m in a relationship with a lady half my age.. The sex is amazing, but off late I find it difficult to last longer than 2-4 minutes.

This has been happening for the past 6 months and while I manage to ensure my lady is left satisfied, I feel miserable not being able to last longer.

I have managed to procure Tamadis 50mg pills but I’m worried about using them, reading several comments here My, biggest worry is not having a strong erection. I have no issues rising to the situation, watching porn and masturbating I can last above 7 or 8 minutes, It’s just that once I penetrate I don’t seem to be able to last longer than 3 or 4 minutes sometimes even less.

I would like to try this medicine out tonight, but by breaking the tab into 2 I’m hoping to halve the dose and see what happens. Wondering how it would react to the 1 ltr of beer I have consumed and the 2 tokes of weed? going to wait 2 hours after consuming these to take the hopefully 25mg pill and an hour later try making love to my lady.

Will let you know how it all pans out..

    • Hi Horatio
I can understand your concern, and you’re right to be cautious when using it. Having said that, taking it with alcohol and weed isn’t exactly being cautious! I’d be interested to know how it went for you, and also if you noticed a difference in taking it with alcohol and marijuana, and just on its own if you try that too (which in my opinion is a better option!). If you’re worried about erection problems too, I’d definitely stay away from the booze and weed.
      Ethan

  7. I was told about it by a friend, then I tried it the first time with 150mg, I ended up lasting for a whole day without coming, yes with more strength to do more. Note, after or this lasting period, for two to three days later, i keep falling asleep both in the afternoon and in the night. any little chance I have or idle, I fall asleep even intended to go and see a doctor. then I deride first to make research to see if its the one causing my sleeping all the time. Well, I do like to know what are the required dosage and how long do one have to take it and stop. I am 30 of age.

    • Hi Benedict
I’m not surprised you felt sleepy taking 150mg – it’s quite a high dose. As per the article, you can take much less to get the desired effect.
      Ethan

  8. 100% helped me, I had an issue and thought I would try this out and I must say it worked a treat, I went from under 2 mins to over 20 only down side was it took longer to get it up than normal. I took 100mg slow release about an hour ish before, I have used it 2 times for this purpose and it is priceless…

    • Hi
Thanks for sharing your experience. Yes, it does work well, but like you say, can also cause some other problems. Have you tried taking a smaller dose to see what happens?
      Ethan

  9. Hi Ethan
I have lifelong PE problem. Nothing seems to work with me.If I start using Tramadol for it, what starting dose you suggest. Secondly is it to be taken regularly for effectiveness or just before the actual sexual activity. For instance I have sex twice a week so if I take twice 50mg, 2 hours before the activity will it work wonders? I hope it wont give side effects with this frequency

    • Hi Sohail
If you’re going to use it, start with the lowest possible dose is my advice. But even better is to talk to your doctor about it to make sure it’s safe for you considering your medical history.
In terms of taking it, you only need to take it each time you have sex.
      Ethan

  10. Hello Ethan,

What about those that have injuries and the doctors gave tramadol that will last for 3-6 months, along the line, if the patient take it to reduce pain and still make love the same, will there be any side effect?

    • Hi Mr Tilo
I see your point, but unfortunately the side effects are still a risk even if you’re officially taking the tramadol for the ‘normal’ reason of pain relief.
      Ethan

    • Hi Joshua
To be honest, it’s not my position to tell you if it’s safe or not as I’m not a doctor. However, what I can tell you is that tramadol does have side effects – whether you take it for premature ejaculation or any other problem, such as for pain relief. There also still isn’t conclusive evidence about the long-term effects of tramadol for premature ejaculation. Researchers are still looking into its use as a treatment for this. So my advice would be to talk to your doctor about it, also look up the safety of tramadol in general – not just for this, and if you decide to take it be careful with how much you take, how often and how how long for.
      Ethan

  11. well i have been on tramadol for over two years now…it has really been so helpful when it comes to long lasting sex..but for some time now i started getting something isnt right..like weak erectile..and when am on trams i just feel like i am always on top of the world which has really caused an addiction and now very difficult to stop…pls how can i stop this pills called tramadol….thanks

    • Hi Victor
Sorry to hear you’re having problems because of the tramadol. If you feel you’re addicted, and you’re unable to stop it, it’s probably good to speak to your doctor to get their support.
If you feel up to it though, try cutting down the dose little by little over 2 weeks. That can make it easier to give up than just stopping completely one day.
There are also lots of good websites and forums to get help and support with addiction and recovery if you search online in your region.
      Ethan

  12. This is from a concerned lady who worries about her guy. I most definitely do not have a problem with a guy lasting long….but lasting too long is a problem. twice now he’a had to go with the blue balls cos he failed to attain orgasm….and nothin i did worked. noticed he took tram on both occasions.could it be as a result ofthis?

  13. I had a severe headache on the top right coner of my head, always felt dizzy and continuous vomiting for about two days on the first occasion. But on the other two occasions, surprisingly I found out that the drink “Teem” actually helped me suppress the vomiting. But every other side effects were consistent.

    • Hi Joseph
I’d say that’s a clear sign not to take Tramadol. Even if you can find something that helps those symptoms, it’s not good to have them in the first place.
      Ethan

  14. Thank for the helpful article. I had a similar experience with tramadol when recovering from surgery on my foot. I wasn’t expecting the sex boost, but it was very welcome. I just wish it didn’t have side effects etc otherwise I’d be taking this stuff every day! T

    • Hi T
You’re welcome. Yeah, it’s funny when you discover the effect yourself! But it’s a big shame it’s not so ideal to take on an ongoing basis.
      Ethan

  15. guys thanks for ur comments, I really I appreciate that but to my own understanding tramadol” shouldn’t be use as students and youth like us. it’s only can be used by elderly people that have come up of Age. so youth like us have natural strength that God have giving to us, so lets forget about this so called drug.
    Thanks….

    • Hi Angus
I’m not sure why you think tramadol is only used by elderly people – doctor’s prescribe it to people of all ages if they are in pain, which is its main purpose. But I do agree that if you can find some natural strength, it’s preferable to taking strong medication!
      Ethan

  16. Dear Ethan,
I found the same accidentaly, few days before my marriage, nd it was like a gift. Although, i was familiar with Tramadol addiction and its insomaniac side effect, but i didnt know, it prolongs ur sexual intercourse time. I have searched a number of studies. Your site is the most conclusive and simple.
I have a question for you, but you may not be able to reply as u r not a doctor, but i have to ask. I have sex twice in a week, as i m away from home for work. before having sex, i take 37.5 mg tramadol, and after an hour, it becomes like heaven, its not just sex, but its everything. But the remaining week, i dont take them.
Do you think, this comes under addiction, and is it enough to cause problems.
If it can cause problems, what could they be. My sleep has been affected slightly, although its been a year that i m taking them nd i cud sleep very well. Its been recent day that i can’t sleep early. 2nd, has it been known for tramadol to cause impotency for long term use,, if yes, whether this amount that i take, could cause this.
3rd, Does it causes some permanent weakness in intensity of your erection, as sometimes, it does cauases lesser intense erection, please respond, i shall be very grateful

    • Hi Zooshoo
You’re right in that I’m not a doctor, so any advice I give is just my opinion, based on my own experience and research I’ve done like you have. The feeling of heaven is a well known effect of tramadol. That doesn’t mean you’re addicted yet, but that feeling is something that people do become addicted to, if that makes sense? In terms of what the problems could be with addiction, well it’s best to look online for tramadol addiction and you’ll find medical articles with better information than I can offer in a brief comment.
I don’t know about tramadol causing impotency in long-term use. I just don’t think enough studies have been done to conclude anything. In terms of erection weakness, again I’m not sure, but I do know some guys say that it can affect their erection strength.
Sorry I can’t offer more conclusive responses to your questions. I would, however, say that a year is a long time to be using such a strong drug. I would personally be questioning whether it’s a good thing or not. I think perhaps talking it over with your doctor would be a helpful step to take.
      Ethan

      • Thanx a lot for your quick Response Ethan.

Where I come from, its hard to find doctors with such specialities. Although, One doctor mentioned that, using tramadol twice a week, 37.5 mg, will not cause any side effects, and shows my control our its use, as I dont feel the need to use it for the rest of the week.
Do you know, any other, drugs, with minimal side effects, and better result, if yes please name them,, as after all, tramadol wasnt made for this purpose.
I will add one thing more, that its not for PE, but people with normal erection, can use it too, as the it increases the pleasure too.

        • You’re welcome! I undersatand – not everyone has easy access to the kind of medical help they’d like to have. I guess the question then, is how sure are you that you can maintain that controlled usage?
I don’t know of any other drug which is as effective as tramadol, other than anti-depressants which need to be prescribed, and I’m personally not in favor of taking. My preferred solution is to use desensitizing sprays, condoms and natural techniques in the long run.
          Ethan

  17. I am a farmer, anytime I come back from farm I have serious body pains. Tramadol was recommended for me, it is working for me. I wake up after about 3 to 4 hours of sleep at night and feel very strong. It doesn’t affect my sexual performance in any way. My problem is if I sleep without taking a capsule of either 50 or 100mg I wake up feeling sleepy and very tired that I feel like going back to bed for me sleep. I don’t know if continuous usage will have side effect on me.
    What should I do?

    • Hi Godison
I think the best thing is to talk it over with your doctor. They can check the usage is safe for you considering your personal history, and give you advice on the long term use.
      Ethan

  18. Hi Ethan
Loving the advice, support and variety of alternatives offered throughout the website.
Regarding Tramadol as a PE reducer – May I offer a cautionary tale to anyone thinking this is a good “fix” (pun not intended).
I have chronic back pain and have taken prescribed Tramadol 500mg (exceedingly high dose) for about 7 years.
Yes, dependency has been a problem (7 years is a lot of drugs!!). Withdrawal has been hell-on-Earth… Every film you have ever seen about dependancy…. it happened to me. Not a pretty sight and my devoted wife has cleaned up around me.
She is a Saint and DESERVES BETTER SEX – and a better Christmas next year!
It could be the natural brain physiology causing my body to “just get IT over and done with” (good sex causes enormous back pain) but I have suffered from PE (literally 20-25 seconds) and all the while on HIGH doses of Tramadol.
My warning is this:- It doesn’t work for everyone and addiction is a B1TCH. In my opinion – for what it is worth – Tramadol is not to be messed with lightly and if there are PE treatment alternatives, try them first especially the holistic ones.

If you (or others) are interested, I can give an account when I am stable on my new patches. It will take another 28 days (minimum) to get me up to (approx) 30mcg/hr dose. At which point I should be back to being able to have any sex at all !!
If this epistle helps just 1 person avoid a shade of what I have been through – then I am a happy man :-D
PS If you’ve not seen a good depiction of withdrawal symptoms then “Trainspotting” would be my film of choice but be warned, it is graphic.

    • Sorry – I was trying to reduce wordage and cut the part about having to come off Tramadol (28 day gradual reduction programme) to go onto Opium patches (Butrans) which started this morning. This is why My Dear Lady deserves a better Christmas next year!

    • Hi H
Thanks for your comment. It’s always good to hear that the site and discussions are appreciated:-) it’s also good to hear people’s experiences, whether good or bad. I’m always torn with advice about tramadol – I know it works for PE – for some guys, as you rightly say – but also isn’t the best drug to be taking for many reasons. So my line is to advise altrenatives, but if guys do want to try it, to at least try to do so in as safe a way as possible.
I’m sorry to hear you’ve personally had a difficult journey, both with the pain and the treatment. I wish you all the best with the recovery, and would love to hear back from you in the future!

  19. Dear Ethan,
I do take 50mg of tramadol before sex and I do last up to 1 hour or more. But I discovered that each time I take it and go to the bathroom for a bath before sex, I will be totally weak. I will not have strong erection and can hardly perform. if I take it without bath, I do enjoy it.
also I do have itching especially on the nose and head each time I take it.
am worried about the bath before sex after taking tramadol. what do you think is the problem. thank you

    • Hi Felix
I’m not sure why that would happen, but it sound to me like the answer is either not to have a bath, or if you do, just have a quick shower with cooler water. The itching is probably a side effect of the tramadol – something you need to decide if you can tolerate, or is a sign that your body is not totally happy with it.
      Ethan

  20. hi. how many hours before sex should I take tramadol , lets say 100 mg?Also when should be the next dosage be taken after the first one? thanks a lot .
    A

    • Hi RK
The time it takes depends on the person, dosage and type. It could be 20 minutes or even up to longer than an hour. The time between doses will also depend on the person and the type. The pack should tell you, but it’s also good to check with a doctor.

  21. Am James, Am 21 Yr Old I Dnt Knw If I Have PME, But I Mustabate And Wash Porn Regularly For Long Nw And I Have Not Had Sex Be4 Bt I Want To Have Just Once With My Girl Just Ones Before Mariage Pls Sir Hw Many Dosage Of Tramadole Can I Use To Have Sex Incase It May Hapen I Have Premature Ejaculation To Avold Unsatisfaction And Embarasment N Breakup And Also If I Used Tramadole Once To Have Sex, Wil Dey Be Any Side Effect?

    • Hi James
If you’ve never had sex, and don’t know if you have a problem or not, I would think positively and assume you will be fine! Taking a strong drug like tramadol before you have sex the first time just isn’t a good idea, in my opinion. It’s better to be yourself, relax and enjoy the moment! There’s no point taking medication for something just because it could happen!
      Ethan

    • Hi Frank
I’m not really qualified to recommend a diagnosis in specific cases. My standard advice is to start with the lowest possible dose. And of course, check that it’s ok considering your current health and other medication you take. The ideal would be to talk to your doctor about it, just to be sure it’s ok for you to take.
      Ethan

    • hi there
Technically, it’s best to ask a doctor for their advice based on your own medical history. My opinion is that it’s best to start with the lowest possible dose, like 25mg and see if that helps, before considering taking more.
      Ethan

  22. I’m a starter, if i take 25mg how long will i last. and should i take the green or yello. and how many capsule should i take before start?

    • Hi Chiboy
It’s impossible to say how long you’ll last. It depends on different factor. I can’t advise you on which ones to take because there are many different types, and I’m not a doctor or pharmacist. Sorry!
      Ethan

  23. Hi, I am glad I found this interactive session down here.
Now, for over a year I’m in a relationship that we have to see once in 2 or 3 months. Before then, I cum in less than a minute. But she’s way more experienced but I don’t want to let it come in between us. Knowing fully well my problem, I got an advice on Tramadol. So I took 100mg on the first night together. I had a night of no PE. I was excited within me. I tried it again and the same thing. I didn’t cum for over 7hrs(had sex again in the morning)
The next time we had sex, I couldn’t lay my hands on tramadol so I went on…but had sex more than the usual NO-TRAMADOL me. Lasted for about 6 to 7mins. Then again, I tried another round but I came quick. In less than 2minutes.
I tried to reduce my dosage to 50mg the next day and I still came quick. I’d really appreciate your advice on this.

    • Hi Jonze
So it all makes sense – the tramadol helped you last longer. When you didn’t take it, you came quickly. Then you tried a lower dose and it didn’t help. Either your body was processing the tramadol differently, or the dose just wasn’t right. Did you try 100mg again at some point?
      Ethan

  24. Do I understand it correctly that in USA (I suppose you’re from there) is Tramadol freely available medication without prescription? Or all of you have it from black market or from your doctor?

    • Hi Peter
No, it’s not easily available without a prescription in the US. I think most people either buy it online – which is risky of course – or more often than not, have it prescribed for pain and then either accidentally discover it helps sexual stamina, or they knew about it somehow already.
      Ethan

  25. wen I take it b4 having it normally work well for me but going for second rounds bcum a problem. my dick will not stand & even if it stand it will not b strong to have another sex, so what should I do to b able to b going for second and 3rd times ?

    • Hi prince
I think perhaps either take less tramadol, or you might have to accept that it’s having a bad effect on you, despite working the first time around. It could also be that because you’re lasting longer, and presumably having more intense sex, it could be that you just need to wait longer before having sex again.
      Ethan

  26. I’m 30. I recently began taking tramadol following a surgery. I have struggled with PE for some time. With my ex, After just a minute or 2, sometimes even briefer, I would first get the sensation that i was on the edge of ejaculation. My tramadol regiment was very minimal, when I woke up I took 1.5 pills (75mg) and it served as a mood-elevator helping me to start my day. On nights when I would end up having sex, I would sometimes pop a half-pill (25mg) during the pre-coitus interaction. This would often allow me to have care-free, stress-free, anxiety-free, sex without only thinking about busting fast. I would typically last 30min, an hour. I would also sometimes take 75mg of tramadol and a $10 gas station boner pill, and would have several 30-40 minute sessions back to back. It’s great for a one-time encounter but so easy to get hooked on the success of good sex. Its super addicting. I have yet to find a better alternative :/

    • Hi Hal
Thanks for your comment. You describe pretty much the exact situation that many men will find and have to deal with. Tramadol can be very effective, and the great feeling that it gives you when you have sex for so much longer than normal can be hard to resists. So not only is the tramadol chemically addictive, the results it gives you are also addictive. It’s a trick line to walk…
      Ethan

  27. Hi, I’m kay.. I’m do ejaculate quickly like within 30 secs.. so i heard of tramadol but have not started taking it..
My question is how many grams and dosage should i take so as last up to 30mins-1hour?

    • Hi Kay
I don’t think it’s a case that a certain dose gives a certain time you’ll last for. It just can’t be calculated like that as there are two many factors at play. My advice is to start with the smallest possible dose, like 25mg, and see if that helps you.

  29. Hi. I have a 200mg of it here with me. For the effectiveness and to avoid an overdose in my body. Could the pill be cut into two and a half be taken?

  30. I started with 600mg it was a hell for me dat day, but I thank God am not a drug addict it was just a girl dat made start taking it…but now I do take any mg below 600 but do take it once in a month two months or three months…it depends on ur body system and how it accumulate its but excess of it is not good. Be warned

    • Hi Sam
Yes, 600mg is a very large dose, and way more than is necessary to help with sexual stamina. You’re right in that it depends on the person. But still, that’s a big dose. Why don’t you try less and see if it has the same effect?

  31. I wanna stop using this. I cant stay without taking. I used to take 6 (Half green and half-yellow) pills per day. How should i stop this?

    • Hi Chan
I would talk to your doctor about it, and get their advice on cutting down. If that’s not possible, then I would cut down slowly, taking a little less every day.
